My Pi Coin KYC Is Stuck—Six Years of Mining at Risk

I started mining Pi Coin six years ago and completed all the required KYC verification steps two years back, submitting every document exactly as requested. However, for the past two years, my KYC status has been perpetually stuck as "under review." I haven’t been given any clear guidance or support to cancel this process and reapply. Despite my repeated attempts to get assistance, there’s no representative available to address my concerns. It’s extremely frustrating to see six years of hard work potentially go to waste because of this unresolved issue. I urgently demand that Pi Network fix this problem immediately. I need clear instructions on how to cancel my current KYC and submit a fresh application. Our time and efforts deserve better than being left in limbo!
