Recharge Issue - Please Refund My Amount

I was playing on the Teen Patti Dhan app on 22 May when, due to low chips, a recharge option appeared. I selected this in‑game recharge and paid ₹3000 through PhonePe, but the chips were never added to my account, which caused me a loss in the game. The amount of ₹3000 was successfully debited from my PhonePe account, and the transaction ID for this payment is TXN ID: T2605222253421471369773. Despite the successful payment, the Teen Patti Dhan app did not credit the corresponding chips, and my balance remained unchanged. I tried to contact online customer care through the app regarding this recharge problem, but I did not receive any response. While trying to upload screenshots and other proof, the app repeatedly showed an error and did not accept the attachments, so I could not properly submit my complaint there. Due to this failed recharge and lack of support, I am clearly at a financial loss. I request a full refund of the ₹3000 recharge amount paid via PhonePe under the above-mentioned transaction ID, and in addition I also request appropriate compensation or refund for the loss I suffered in the game because the chips were not added while I was playing.

Same issue again. I made two payments of ₹1,500 each, but neither amount has been credited to my account.
