I am using the DM Win platform and on the 9th I paid ₹2000 from my PhonePe account to add money to my trading balance. The transaction was completed from my side and I received a confirmation from PhonePe with the transaction ID T2605091842075809677546, but the amount has still not been credited to my DM Win trading balance. After noticing that the balance did not increase, I contacted DM Win customer support and reported the issue, but I did not receive any useful response or solution. The money has been deducted from my PhonePe account, yet my trading balance on DM Win is still unchanged. I request that DM Win urgently check this transaction and either immediately credit the ₹2000 to my trading balance or provide a clear explanation of the delay. I am sharing the PhonePe transaction ID so that the payment can be traced and resolved as soon as possible.
