Bettery Deposit Not Credited After Successful PhonePe Payment

I made a deposit of ₹2000 today at around 4:49 PM to the Bettery app using PhonePe, but the amount has still not been credited to my Bettery account. The transaction reference/ID is T2605251650139528824726. The payment was successfully completed from my side, yet the balance is not reflected in the Bettery app, and there is no update or clarification in the application regarding this deposit. I request that my ₹2000 deposit be either immediately credited to my Bettery account or refunded back to my original payment method after checking this transaction in your system. I also request written confirmation of the action taken regarding this issue.
