IndusInd Bank and Animall Technologies Fail to Refund Deleted AutoPay Charges

I had an AutoPay arrangement through IndusInd Bank for a service of Animall Technologies Private Limited. This AutoPay was set with a limit up to 998 rupees for three months. I deleted this AutoPay, as shown in the AutoPay detail screen where it clearly states “AutoPay has been deleted.” Despite deleting the AutoPay, my payment of 2000 rupees, which I paid around Monday the 31st, has not been refunded to me. I am still waiting for this 2000 rupees refund and have not received any clear information or solution from either Animall Technologies or IndusInd Bank. I urgently need this 2000 rupees refund due to a personal emergency and I clearly request that my 2000 rupees be refunded to my account immediately and that I be informed about the status of this refund without any further delay.
