On 6 May, I made a deposit of 7,640 via PhonePe using my Jio Payments Bank account to my 4RABET account. The transaction was successful on PhonePe, the amount was deducted from my bank, but even as of 9 May the deposit has still not been credited to my 4RABET account. When I contacted 4RABET customer support, they informed me that the deposit would be credited once the payment provider confirmed the transaction. I then contacted PhonePe / Jio Payments Bank, and they clearly stated that the transaction was successful on their side. Despite this, the money has still not been added to my 4RABET balance. I request that my 7,640 deposit be either immediately credited to my 4RABET account or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible, and that I be informed in writing about the outcome of this transaction review.
