I Can’t Watch Skipped Channel Numbers on My Philips 55PUS7608 PH Smart TV


I recently purchased the Philips 55PUS7608 PH TV, expecting a smooth and premium viewing experience. However, I quickly noticed a very frustrating issue with the channel numbering system. Several channel numbers are missing or duplicated, which seriously affects usability. For instance, channel 35 appears twice, and whenever I try to assign a different channel to either of the 35s, the system ignores the change. It simply skips the channel or won’t open it at all.
Worse yet, the numbering sequence is broken. It jumps like this: 11, 13, 15, 17. Channels 12, 14, and 16 are completely absent from the list and can’t be added manually. This makes navigating through channels a confusing and irritating experience. For a TV I paid a significant amount for, this is far below acceptable standards.
I’m asking Philips to urgently address this issue through a software update or proper guidance. If not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to consider a return or consumer rights action. Please stand behind your product and provide a working solution.
