Peugeot Service Removed My Working Left Headlight After Accident Repair

On May 16, 2025, I delivered my 2020 Peugeot 308 1.2 Style, which had been in an accident, to the Yenibosna Mepa Peugeot service center. After the repair, I had a problematic experience from start to finish. About two weeks later, the right headlight began fogging, so I returned to the same service. I was told the part would be replaced under warranty, shipped from Izmir, and the process would take an hour. However, when I parked at home, I noticed something I had missed at delivery: the right headlight was still in place and working, but the bulb and bulb holder of the intact left headlight had been removed. They even accused me of installing LED lights, pointing to burn marks on the removed part, although my car has no modifications and all parts were replaced by this same service after the accident. I have faced similar drawn-out problems here before, but this last incident has been worse. Despite many attempts to reach Ms. S*** in the damage department and contacting Peugeot customer service, I have received no response—no returned calls or messages, no communication at all. Even though all repairs are under warranty, the removal of intact parts, leaving the faulty headlight unrepaired, and the complete lack of communication are unacceptable. I have the invoice (EAS2025000001470) and request that all missing work be completed properly and free of charge, the removed intact parts be reinstalled, and a clear explanation be given regarding the communication breakdown and misleading claims. I expect my negative experience with Yenibosna Mepa Peugeot service to be resolved as soon as possible.
