Peugeot 3008 Noise Issue Unresolved After Multiple Repairs

I have been experiencing a persistent noise coming from my Peugeot 3008. I took it to the İzmit Çetaş service, and they told me that the tie rod end needed to be replaced, which cost me ₺5,200. However, the noise continued. When I returned, they said the Z-rod needed to be changed, and I paid an additional ₺3,000 for that. Now, they are suggesting that if the noise persists, the shock absorbers will need to be replaced.
If you cannot resolve the issue, why are you charging such high amounts? When I pick up my vehicle, I notice that it has been driven for 53 km under the guise of a test drive. There's also someone named Ö**** who claims, "It can drive 50 km or 100 km." I ask you, is it normal for a car with a changed Z-rod to undergo such a long test drive? They are likely taking it home or out for leisure.
The search results indicate that many Peugeot 3008 owners have reported similar noise issues, often leading to frustration with the service and repair process.
I hope Peugeot will take this matter seriously and provide a proper resolution to the ongoing noise problem. Thank you for your attention.
