New Peugeot Partner 1.5 BlueHDi Transmission Fault After Delivery
I purchased a Peugeot Partner 1.5 BlueHDi manual model year 2025 from Peugeot Beyaz Plaza in Altıeylül, Balıkesir and took delivery of the vehicle on 02.01.2026. I paid ₺600,000 in cash and ₺600,000 with a loan. On 15.02.2026 I noticed a noise coming from the transmission. The next day I took the vehicle to Peugeot Beyaz Plaza and from that date onward my vehicle has been kept there. At the authorized service I was told that the transmission needed to be replaced. Since this is a brand‑new vehicle that I have just bought and that has lost my trust due to such a serious fault, I did not accept a transmission replacement and clearly stated that I wanted either a vehicle replacement or a refund. I was told that this decision would not be made by the dealer or the service, but by the head office, and since that day I have been passed back and forth between the authorized service and Peugeot head office without any clear solution being offered. I was informed that a file was being handled by a representative named E*** at the head office, but no file, request or tracking number has been shared with me. Throughout this process, I have not been provided with a replacement vehicle, road assistance, or any other form of support. I am currently without a vehicle and my grievance is growing, yet no one is taking responsibility or offering a concrete solution. As a consumer who has purchased a new vehicle with a significant financial burden, I request that my faulty Peugeot Partner 1.5 BlueHDi manual 2025 model, which developed a transmission noise problem within a very short time after delivery and has remained at Peugeot Beyaz Plaza in Balıkesir since then, be replaced with a new, fault‑free vehicle. I kindly ask for my complaint to be urgently evaluated and for a clear, written response to be provided as soon as possible.
My request for a vehicle replacement was not approved, my car stayed in the service for 45 days due to a transmission problem, my request for a loaner vehicle was denied, and the brand did not provide me with a clear solution.
