The 500₺ prize I won from the Kazandirio lottery has not been credited to my account for 7 months. Kazandirio, together with U2 Promotion and the Param app, is running an unfair system. They do not deliver the prizes people win. It’s unbelievable that the National Lottery allows them to conduct these lotteries. Now, they offer lower prize amounts and hold unauthorized lotteries without proper approval, refusing to give people their prizes. When you call any of the involved companies, they stall and show no respect for the person on the other end. They try different tactics to avoid resolving the issue. Kazandirio has been delaying me for 7 months with "please wait" messages, using a strategy to wear people down. I don’t believe PepsiCo is aware of this. I suspect the employees are keeping and splitting the prizes among themselves, as there seems to be no other explanation. Everyone passes the responsibility to someone else, and it’s impossible to contact Param as they operate like a secretive entity. U2 Promotion does not answer calls, and Kazandirio continues with its stalling tactics, but they are targeting the wrong person. I am warning them again here: credit my prize to my account immediately upon reading this message.
