I Demand Refund for Peachy App Subscription I Did Not Use

I subscribed to the Peachy app only to use the paid trial period. After the trial ended, I did not want to renew the subscription and did not use the app at all. Despite this, I noticed that on January 16, 2026, an annual subscription fee of $19 was charged to my account.

As soon as I saw the charge, I requested a refund through Apple, but my request was rejected twice. Even though I did not intentionally renew the subscription and did not use the app, being charged for a full annual plan and having my refund request denied has caused me inconvenience.

I request a full refund of the $19 charged for this unused and unwanted annual subscription and ask for my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
