I Face Wrongful 999 TL Charge From PDFAid Instead of 49 TL Package
Hello, I paid for a ₺49 package on PDFAid, but instead, ₺999 was withdrawn from my account. Does anyone know why this happened? Any guidance would be very helpful not only for me but also for others facing the same issue. Please, I really need assistance. This kind of outcome is something no customer would ever accept, and I cannot understand why such practices are still allowed to continue. It has made it impossible to trust such platforms anymore.
I demand a full refund immediately. I was charged a hidden amount that was never shown to me, and this is completely unacceptable.
