I Face Unauthorized Double Charge From PDFAid After One-Month Plan
I only signed up for a one-month membership on the PDFAid website for ₺49.99. However, for the past two months, ₺999.99 has been withdrawn from my account without my authorization. This is completely unacceptable and shows how unreliable this site is.
I am requesting assistance with this issue and demand that the money wrongfully taken from my account be refunded to me immediately. Even though I subscribed for just one month, I was charged for two months at an inflated price. I expect PDFAid to cancel any unauthorized subscription and return my payment without delay.
