C3 Pay Card Hit With Unauthorized PDFAid Charge

I have discovered an unidentified transaction that I did not authorize on my C3 Pay payroll card. A charge of 179 UAE dirhams was made on May 9, 2026, under the description "SGT*thepdfaid Limass," despite the fact that I had my card and had not disclosed its information to anyone.

I have not signed up for any free trials that could account for this purchase, nor have I used any websites, applications, or subscriptions pertaining to PDF utilities or document converters. I view this transaction as an unauthorized charge because I have no idea about it.

I ask that this 179 AED be reimbursed to my C3 Pay payroll card and that my card be protected to prevent future illegal purchases. Additionally, I request that this transaction be looked into and that I be notified of the outcome.
