On March 12, 2026, at 00:06:38, a payment of AED 215.00 was charged to my card for a transaction on pdfe.com. I did not make this transaction, I have no knowledge of how it occurred, and I was very shocked when I saw this charge on my account. I immediately contacted C3 Pay customer service on March 12, 2026, to report this issue. However, I only received an automated response stating that you are currently experiencing a high volume of requests, that response times may be higher than normal, and that agents are working to respond soon. I was also asked to provide my full name, company name, and registered mobile number through WhatsApp, but so far I have not received a concrete update or resolution regarding the disputed transaction. I kindly request that this unauthorized transaction of AED 215.00 be investigated as soon as possible and that the full amount be refunded to my card. I also ask that any necessary steps be taken to secure my account and prevent similar incidents in the future. I would appreciate your urgent assistance and a clear update on the status of my refund and the outcome of your investigation.
