Payoneer Payment Fee Complaint After Large Deduction
At the beginning of February 2026, around February 2, a payment of $41 USD was deposited into my Payoneer account. However, during the process of crediting the payment to my account, a disproportionate deduction of approximately $29 USD was taken, and only the remaining balance was transferred to my account. This deduction did not occur afterward as a balance adjustment but rather during the payment receipt process itself.
Regarding this deduction, I was not informed beforehand, and even after the transaction, there has been no clear, transparent, or documented explanation of what the deduction was for or under which fee category it was applied. In my Payoneer account, there is also no visible transaction or reference number explaining this deduction, which prevents me from accessing any detailed information. It appears that the relevant records are only available within Payoneer’s internal systems.
I contacted Payoneer customer support through the in-app written support channel about this issue. However, the responses I received did not clearly or satisfactorily explain the reason for the deduction and instead consisted only of general and standard statements. Despite my requests, no refund has been issued so far, and no concrete solution has been provided. As a result, my inconvenience continues.
I request that the disproportionate deduction made without a clear explanation be fully refunded, and that I be provided with a formal, written, and detailed explanation of the exact reason for the deduction. Otherwise, I will exercise my legal rights and file complaints with the relevant authorities regarding Payoneer.
