Payoneer Account IBAN Update Error

Can you help me out? We have a Payoneer account, and on multiple occasions, we've received dollars into our Payoneer account and then transferred them to our IBAN. This week, we received $335 once more, but unfortunately, the IBAN activity on our Payoneer account has been deactivated. We're currently unable to re-add the IBAN as it's prompting us for an update. We've attempted to make some changes, but unfortunately, it's not functioning as expected. Unfortunately, without a Payoneer card, we are unable to withdraw this money. How can I get my hands on this cash? Is there a bank that Payoneer is partnered with? Can we pick it up from a TEB branch with our ID? Can someone assist me? It keeps requesting an update but fails to actually update.
