I transferred £750 to Payoneer, but the transaction was canceled, and the money never returned to my PayPal account. It has now been three months, and I still haven’t received my funds.
Every time I submit a support request, I get different responses, but no real solution. Neither Payoneer nor PayPal is taking responsibility for returning my money. Where is my refund?
