I Face Wrongful Payoneer Account Closure After Uploading Incorrect Document
My Payoneer account was closed by mistake. During the identity verification process, I accidentally uploaded the wrong document without realizing it. Later, I attempted to correct this by uploading the proper documents, but instead of allowing me to fix the issue, my account was permanently closed on the grounds of a policy violation.
This is unfair because it was an honest mistake, and I have the correct documents ready to verify my identity properly. I rely on Payoneer for financial transactions, and having my account closed in this way has caused serious inconvenience.
I am requesting that my account be reopened and that I be allowed to resubmit the correct documents for verification. I simply want to resolve the issue and continue using Payoneer without further problems.
