I hold a savings account with Axis Bank and on 28th I requested a withdrawal of ₹9,000 from my Parimatch balance to be credited to this Axis Bank account. In the Parimatch application the withdrawal status was shown as approved, but the money has still not been credited to my Axis Bank account. Before making the withdrawal on 28th I checked my Axis Bank account balance, and after Parimatch showed the withdrawal as approved, my Axis Bank balance remained exactly the same and there has been no credit of ₹9,000. I have not received any transaction ID, UTR, or reference number from Parimatch for this withdrawal, and I have not yet been able to resolve this through customer service. I request that the missing ₹9,000 from the Parimatch withdrawal be investigated urgently and that the amount be credited immediately to my Axis Bank savings account, or that I be clearly informed of the exact status and reason for the non‑credit.
