Parimatch Withdrawal Problem Left My ₹500 Missing for Days

I have been facing a serious withdrawal problem with Parimatch regarding my Andar Bahar play balance. On 05/20/2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹500 from my Parimatch main wallet, but the amount has still not been returned to me.
After noticing the issue, I contacted Parimatch customer support. They informed me that the money would be returned within 2 hours. However, despite their assurance, three days have already passed and the ₹500 has still not been credited back to my account.
In addition, I have not received any clear update, explanation, or proper solution regarding the delay. The lack of transparency and support has made this situation extremely frustrating and concerning.
I request that Parimatch immediately refund the missing ₹500 from my main wallet back to my account without any further delay. I also request a clear explanation regarding why this withdrawal problem occurred and why the promised refund timeline was not respected.
