Parimatch Withdrawal Not Received – Request Successful Withdrawal Payment

I had a problem with Parimatch regarding a withdrawal that appears as successful but has never reached me. I requested a withdrawal of 2,300 rupees from my Parimatch account more than two weeks ago, and in the transaction history it is shown as completed/successful. Despite this, the money has not been credited to my account and I still have not received it. Each time I contact Parimatch support, they only reply that the transaction is “in process” and they do not provide any clear explanation or solution. I request that the 2,300 rupees that I withdrew and that is shown as successful be paid to me as soon as possible and that a clear explanation be given about why this delay has happened.
