Parimatch Withdrawal Not Reflecting

I am writing regarding an unresolved issue with a withdrawal from my Parimatch sports betting account that was never credited to my bank side. On 24 December 2025 at around 11:47 a.m., I requested a withdrawal of 1,000 INR from my Parimatch sports betting balance to my Slice account. The amount was successfully deducted from my Parimatch balance, but it was never credited to my Slice account. I contacted Parimatch support, and they created a ticket for my case, but I have not received any clear update or solution so far. I also reached out to Slice, and they informed me that they have no credit transaction for this amount on their side. This means the money has left my Parimatch account but has not reached the intended destination. I request that this 1,000 INR be refunded to my Parimatch account as soon as possible so that my balance is restored, or that the issue is otherwise resolved promptly. I am ready to share the screenshots I have taken as proof of the deduction and my communication with support if needed. I kindly ask you to review this situation urgently and provide a clear resolution.
