Parimatch Took My Deposit but Didn't Credit My Account

I am writing about a problem I experienced with my Parimatch account balance today. This morning I made a payment of 1240 to my Parimatch account, but the amount has still not been added to my balance. I funded my account through Parimatch and the money was successfully taken from my side, yet my Parimatch balance has not increased accordingly. Because of this issue I have not been able to use the funds I deposited. I request that the missing 1240 be either added to my Parimatch balance or refunded back to me as soon as possible.
