I Face Parimatch Payment Not Credited After ₹5000 Paytm Transfer
On April 9, 2026, I made a payment of 5,000 INR to my Parimatch account using Paytm. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm balance, but it was never credited to my Parimatch account.
Later that same day, around 5:29 PM, I contacted Parimatch live chat and provided all the required details, including the transaction reference ID. However, the support team responded by saying that the UTR/reference was invalid, even though this is the exact ID shown in my Paytm transaction history.
As a result, the money has been deducted from my account but is not reflected in my Parimatch balance. This situation has caused significant frustration and has made me lose trust in Parimatch.
At this point, I no longer want the amount to be credited to my Parimatch account. I am requesting that the full 5,000 INR be refunded back to my original Paytm payment source as soon as possible.
