I Can't Access PARIBU App on My Phone for a Week
For the last week, I have been unable to use the PARIBU software on my mobile device. When I try to log in, I am immediately logged out. Worse still, I have no way of contacting the customer support department. The only thing I can hear is a recording that instructs me to hit either 1 or 2 on the keypad. No matter what I do, I can't access my account information. Already, I've lost money since I haven't been able to access my account for so long.No one is available to assist me, and the machine-generated message provides no useful information. I've exhausted every option for resolving this issue. Nothing I've tried has worked; I've tried reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, and even updating my phone. I have a problem that I can't solve, and I can't contact customer support to obtain any assistance.
