Unable to Sell Newly Listed Biaoqing (BIAO) Coin on PancakeSwap

I purchased a newly listed coin called Biaoqing (BIAO) through PancakeSwap on the Binance web platform. However, I am unable to sell or swap the coin in any way. There seems to be no value for it. It appears that the coin is fake based on the PancakeSwap DApp content.
I want to inform you that there are many people affected by this issue. We are seeking a solution and support. For the first few days after purchasing the coin, it seemed to have value, but then it dropped to zero. Swapping or selling is not possible. Please address our grievances. Such issues are not befitting for an international company like yours.
