PancakeSwap Slippage Errors Issue

I just bought Not Coin on PancakeSwap using my Binance account and Web3 wallet. Everything went fine with the purchase, but I ran into a frustrating error when I tried to sell - a 'slippage tolerance error.' I tried to fix this problem by changing the tolerance values from 1% to 49%, but unfortunately, it didn't solve the issue.

I can't believe that a big platform like Binance hasn't even bothered to address this problem. I hold Binance accountable for the losses I've experienced and I am seeking appropriate compensation for the damages I've suffered.
