Pancakeswap Converted My BNB, Can't Withdraw Funds

Based on a suggestion I received on Telegram, I decided to buy some coins using Binance Pancakeswap. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble accessing my funds. The system keeps asking me to 'Increase Tolerance,' even though I've already tried doing so without any luck. Signing up was a piece of cake, so why all the trouble when it comes to making withdrawals? I would like a quick resolution to my situation; otherwise, I will have to consider all legal options available to me.
