Binance ENA Coins Disappeared After PancakeSwap Purchase

I am writing regarding the issue I experienced after being directed from Binance to PancakeSwap. Approximately two years ago, based on recommendations from certain individuals, I accessed PancakeSwap through my Binance account and purchased a coin called ENA. After completing the transaction, I was able to see my ENA coin balance for about a week. However, after approximately one week, my coins completely disappeared, and I am currently unable to see this coin anywhere through Binance.

I made a transaction worth approximately $500, but I have been unable to determine what happened to the ENA coins I received in exchange for that amount. My balance disappeared even though I did not make any additional transactions, and this has caused me significant financial inconvenience. I have not yet contacted Binance Customer Support about this issue, but I am now requesting that the matter be investigated and that I receive a clear explanation.

I want Binance to thoroughly investigate why the ENA coins I purchased through PancakeSwap disappeared, where they are currently showing, or through which transaction they may have disappeared. If they were lost due to a technical error or another issue, I request that the situation be resolved and that my coins or their monetary equivalent be refunded.
