When the Quality Goods Hoodie arrived, the embroidery above the pocket and on the left sleeve was not right, just got it thinking it would be quality as the name implies but sorry to say it's not at all satisfactory. the stitches were not tight and were coming apart, so the garment looked badly finished as soon as it came out of the box, chose this embroidered design over a printed one because I thought it would last longer and be of higher quality. Because they wear out so quickly, printed designs have always been something I try to avoid yet this sweatshirt is the worst experience ever because it was broken when it arrived, the others I wear a few times at least... starting to doubt the company's quality control standards. anyway, I truly hope that returning this broken item will be a simple and easy process, as I am eager to find a suitable replacement or get my money back. I can't really say it'll happen to everyone but this is my experience and unfortunately this is how it happened. maybe they'll make sure it doesn't happen again, thx for the opportunity btw, at least I got to share it.
