OVO Payment Transactions Failing Pending Or Freezing In App
Recently, using the OVO app to make payments has become annoying because transactions keep failing. I've tried to make basic payments many times, but the app either freezes, gives an error, or fails after I approve the payment. Sometimes the payment is pending for a long time, and I'm not sure if it went through or not. This adds tension that isn't needed, especially when you have to pay for basic services. The problem is not with me, since I've tested my internet connection and refreshed the app. I want OVO to fix these transaction difficulties right away and give a clear reason for why they keep happening.
