OVO Balance Reduced Without Transaction History Or Notification
I use the OVO app all the time, but this has utterly broken my trust. A few days ago, my balance dropped down without any clear notice or transaction history that showed where the money went. There was no receipt, no notice, and no completed payment, just a decreased balance. I checked the app several times right away, refreshed the transaction list, and even reloaded it, but I still can't find the deduction. I want my money.
