Ourhobby.com Charged My Card Twice Without Permission
Money was withdrawn from my account twice without my knowledge or consent through Ourhobby.com. $10 was charged on August 5 and $10 on August 19, for a total of $19, taken unauthorized from my Papara card. The transaction reference number is 4311532873. I am not a member of Ourhobby.com, and I did not make any purchase or start any subscription. Because my card was enabled for online payments, these charges were processed automatically. I received no notification, and everything happened completely without my knowledge.
I am extremely disturbed by this situation. I am a student, and I work long hours to earn this money. I have closed my card for security reasons. I am requesting a full refund of the $19 that was withdrawn without authorization.
