Ourhobbyfun Took My €2 Order but Never Delivered the Product

On May 5, I purchased a backpack for €2 from the Ourhobbyfun website. To this day, I have not received the product, nor have I received any response. It is impossible to contact them.

Ourhobbyfun received my order on May 5, 2025, but there has still been no update or progress.

I have checked my email and spam folders multiple times and found nothing. There is no tracking information, no shipping confirmation, and no explanation. Customer support appears to be completely unreachable. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expect either the product to be delivered immediately or my payment to be refunded without further delay.
