I bought the Oppo Watch Free because it was described as having an ECG functionality and a health assessment that took 60 seconds, but I can't turn either of these on. I made sure all the prerequisites were met, from app settings to device compatibility, yet certain functionalities still don't work. There are also no updates that are missing, so that can't be the problem. I’ve checked everything multiple times and tried restarting the watch and reinstalling the app, but nothing has changed. What’s more aggravating is that I can’t seem to receive aid from anyone—no clear answers, no advice. I bought this wristwatch because I thought I could use the health aspects it promised, but I feel like I was lied to. I'm urging Oppo to get involved, explain the problem clearly, and offer a good fix.
