Opodo Prime Subscription Appears Without User Signup
On my Advanzia Bank credit card statement, I noticed a charge dated December 26, 2025, labeled “Opodo Prime Annual” for €99.99. I did not receive any email, notification, or consent form regarding this transaction, and I did not start or approve any membership.
After noticing the charge, I contacted my bank and learned that the only available information was that the charge was made by Opodo. Approximately 14 days before this transaction, I had only purchased a flight ticket through Opodo; I did not request or approve any membership beyond that.
I do not accept that such a membership fee was charged to my card without clear information or a presented agreement from Opodo. I request an immediate and full refund of the €99.99 charged under “Opodo Prime Annual” and the cancellation of any membership associated with this charge.
