If you are unable to travel, both the hotel and flight bookings must be canceled, as your booking includes both services.
Cancellation of your hotel booking:
All hotel bookings can be canceled, but not all are refundable. Depending on the type of room you have booked, you may be able to cancel your hotel free of charge. In other cases, the hotel may charge a cancellation fee, which can vary between the price of one night's stay and the cost of the entire stay. In any case, Opodo recommends canceling your booking before the arrival date. The deadlines for changing your booking are indicated in the hotel's local time.
Cancellation of your flight ticket:
If you are unable to take your flight, Opodo recommends that you contact us as soon as possible so that Opodo can check the fare conditions applicable to your booking. Please note that some fares are subject to restrictions and therefore no refund can be made for unused tickets or a fee will be charged by the airline.
Opodo will charge a fee per passenger (unless you have booked the Standard or Premium service) for processing your voluntary cancellation. However, please note that this fee may vary depending on the additional services you have booked.
If you think you can propose better solutions to the question presented, we encourage you to offer your opinions or submit your complaints free of charge.
