Please, Opensea NFT Marketplace, Refund the 0.18 ETH I Lost on a Sale

31

I'm very upset with Opensea because I got an email on July 31 saying that my listed NFT was sold for 0.18 ETH. The email included a code number that was meant to prove the sale. I was excited about the news, so I quickly checked my account on the site, but I found that my balance was zero. I didn't see any transactions or payments in my ETH wallet, and the support information was confusing and not helpful. I'm feeling confused and worried about whether I can trust Opensea. I urge Opensea to look into this matter, give me the 0.18 ETH that is due to my account, and provide a clear explanation of why this payment is missing. I want quick action and clear contact to help other sellers avoid the same issues.
