OpenSea NFT Purchase Took My MATIC, but No NFT Received

I was misled into purchasing an NFT on OpenSea.io using MATIC coins for an NFT named Binance_Global. However, after the transaction, my MATIC coins disappeared, and I never received the NFT in my account.

I am now at a loss and need OpenSea to cancel this transaction immediately. I can provide screenshots of the transaction if necessary. This is a serious issue, and I need to speak with an authorized representative as soon as possible.

I expect a prompt response and a resolution, whether through a refund or a reversal of the transaction. This situation is unacceptable.
