Inability To Download A Purchased Video Bundle on OnlyFans

On 01/04/2026 I purchased a Sophi Lawson video bundle for USD 11.07 using my VISA card through a link she shared on Telegram. Since the moment I paid, I have been unable to download the content. When I click to download the bundle in Telegram, the download button just keeps rotating and the files never actually start downloading, and this has been the case continuously since the day of payment. I confirmed that there is no issue with my internet connection. I contacted Sophi Lawson directly and she stated that no similar complaints had been received from her other members and advised me to contact OnlyFans support about the problem. Despite having paid, I still do not have access to the purchased videos. I expect to be given successful access to all the videos in the bundle I paid for and to receive a clear assurance about the reliability of this type of transaction for the future so that such an issue does not recur.
