I Am Requesting a Fix for Unfair Transfer Mechanics in Online Soccer Manager

I manage the club Real Kashmir in the Indian League on Online Soccer Manager (OSM). For 7 straight days, I have had a 38-year-old, 102-rated Lionel Messi listed on the transfer market at a reasonable price, yet he still hasn't sold, and I haven't received a single offer.

This situation is completely ruining my gaming experience. Trying to stay competitive in my league while the transfer system functions like this makes the game feel unplayable. It gives off the strong impression that transfers simply won't process unless you spend real money on the game, which fails to provide a fair and transparent experience for players.

I expect the OSM management team to fix the transfer system, make it realistic and fair, or directly complete the sale of this player through the system themselves. Under the current mechanics, league balance is ruined, and managers who pour genuine time and effort into the game are left at a disadvantage.
