OmeTV Underage Ban After 13-Year-Old Sister Appeared on Camera

I am writing regarding an unfair ban on my OmeTV account. I am over 18 years of age and was using OmeTV from Ireland via the iOS device and Google when this happened. On the ban screen my ID appears as 398707*** and the reason is shown as “underage”. The situation occurred because my 13‑year‑old sister briefly appeared in the camera. She only came into my room to get her charger, and I had to lift her over my chair so she could leave, which is why she was visible on camera for a short moment. Apart from that, I was using the platform myself as an adult user. I believe the system has incorrectly flagged my account as underage based on that brief moment. I was not trying to let a minor use the service; she was simply passing through the room for a few seconds. I respectfully request that you review this case, lift the ban on my account, and confirm that I can continue using OmeTV as an adult user.
