OmeTV Banned My Account After My Sibling Briefly Appeared on Screen

While using the OmeTV app on my iPhone 11 during a chat, my younger sibling briefly appeared on the screen, and my account was immediately banned. When I try to access the app, I only see a message that says, “You are banned,” with no additional details or option to appeal.

There was no bad intent or rule violation on my part. This happened unintentionally and only for a very short moment. I believe that imposing a permanent ban for such a brief and accidental situation is unfair. I respectfully request that my account and the reason for the ban be reviewed and that the restriction on my OmeTV account be lifted.
