OmeTV Ban Appeal
I am writing about an unfair ban that was recently applied to my OmeTV account. As of around 3:30–4:00 PM on 10 July 2026, while using OmeTV on my HP Pavilion laptop, I suddenly received a message saying “You’re banned” with the reason “profanity and insults” and a remaining ban time of approximately 334 hours. Just before this ban, I was randomly connected with a woman who appeared nude on camera and was showing her breasts. I reported her for violating the platform’s rules. Before disconnecting, I did briefly flip the middle finger, but I did not use verbal profanity or insults towards her. A few minutes after I submitted the report, I received the ban notice on my account instead. I believe your system has punished the wrong person in this situation. The other user was clearly violating OmeTV’s rules by being nude on camera, while I was trying to report this inappropriate content. I find it very unfair that I am now banned for hundreds of hours, while the person who was actually breaking the rules may still be active. I kindly request that you review this incident, check the relevant logs and recordings if available, and remove the ban from my account entirely. I also ask that appropriate action be taken against the user who appeared nude on camera so that your rules are applied consistently and fairly. I would like to be able to continue using OmeTV normally without an unjust ban on my account.
