When I logged into the Omegle app that I downloaded from the App Store on my iPhone 16 Pro Max, I discovered that my account had been completely banned. The ban happened after I showed a video image where two children were visible, and without any warning, explanation, or review process, my account and access to the app were entirely blocked.
Even though I did not purchase any paid package or subscription, I believe it is unfair to impose such a severe and permanent ban while I was simply using the app normally. In addition, the app does not provide any accessible support channel, such as email, customer support, or live chat, where I can explain the situation or submit an appeal.
For this reason, I request that the ban placed on my account and IP address be reviewed again. If necessary, a warning or temporary restriction could be applied, but I believe a permanent and total ban is excessive and should be removed.
If required, I am also willing to consider a reasonable fee for reinstating access, if such an option exists to remove the ban.
