If Olymp Trade closed your trades at wrong prices and you want to dispute the trade execution;
Contact Olymp Trade support with a clear escalation;
• State that your trades were closed at prices that don’t match the market at the time of execution
• Provide your account email/ID, trade ticket/order IDs, currency pair/asset, entry & exit prices, and timestamps
• Attach screenshots of the trade history, chart around the execution time, and the allegedly incorrect prices
• Include evidence from a reliable market source (TradingView, Bloomberg screenshot around that time) showing what the actual price was
Ask them to;
• Confirm the execution prices from their system logs and compare them to market prices
• Explain why the trades closed at those prices (slippage, feed latency, price feed source)
• Investigate whether the executions were incorrect or system errors
• Adjust the executed prices or refund the loss/difference if they find incorrect pricing
• Provide a timeline and written confirmation of the investigation and outcome
If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
