Old Spice Gel Sticks Keep Breaking in Half Before Running Out

I have been experiencing a major issue recently with Old Spice roll-on stick products, which I have used and loved for years. This exact problem has occurred for the third time now. Long before the product runs out, while it is still half full, the gel stick snaps in half, crumbles, and becomes completely unusable.

Most recently, just two days ago, I encountered the exact same issue again and was forced to throw the product into the trash. I purchase these products at various times from different locations—such as Cem Market in Malkara, Şarköy Migros, and other stores—and it is deeply bothersome that the same defect persists regardless of where I buy them.

Regarding this recurring issue, I demand that solid, faultless replacement products be sent to me or, if possible, that store vouchers be issued for the equivalent value. As a loyal consumer who truly enjoys your product, I request that this matter be investigated and that a permanent solution be produced.
