OkCupid Won’t Send My Password Reset Email
I joined OkCupid for the first time yesterday, and after using the app normally for a short time, I was logged out the following morning. Since then, I have been completely unable to access my account. I have repeatedly tried the “Forgot Password” process using both my email address and phone number, but I never receive a password reset email, so I cannot log in.
My account contains my personal information and photos, and I am now seriously concerned about my security and privacy because I cannot access my account. Although I have contacted support, I have not received any response so far and have not been informed about what has happened to my account.
To prevent my personal data and photos from being exposed to further risk, I urgently request that the OkCupid account created using my Us……@gmail.com email address and registered phone number be permanently and completely deleted. I also request clear written confirmation once the account and associated data have been deleted.
